Sheshaft.com is a user-generated content (“UGC”) video-sharing platform. Sheshaft.com does not create, film, photograph, or participate in the original production of the visual depictions uploaded by its users. Content appearing on the website is submitted by independent third-party users.

The operator’s activities with respect to such content are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions posted by third-party users.

Any records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A are maintained by the original producer or other legally responsible person. Requests for such records should be directed to that producer or records custodian, not to Sheshaft.com.

Uploader Compliance Requirements

To promote compliance with applicable laws and protect users and performers, Sheshaft.com requires users who upload content to represent and warrant that:

The uploader is at least 18 years of age.

Every person depicted in sexually explicit content was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was originally produced.

The uploader owns the content or has all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority to upload, publish, distribute, and share the content.

All records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and/or 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, where applicable, are maintained by the person or entity legally responsible for maintaining such records.

The content does not contain child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), depict minors in sexually explicit conduct, depict non-consensual sexual activity, or otherwise contain material whose creation, possession, or distribution is unlawful.

All persons depicted in the content consented to the creation and lawful distribution of the content, where such consent is required by applicable law.

Prohibited Content and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Sheshaft.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexually explicit material, and other illegal content. Content that is reported or identified as illegal, unlawful, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited under our Terms of Use will be removed promptly upon notice or discovery.

Accounts involved in uploading prohibited content may be suspended or permanently terminated, and relevant information may be preserved and disclosed to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

Reporting Content

Users who encounter content that they believe violates applicable law, involves a minor, is non-consensual, or otherwise violates our Terms of Use are strongly encouraged to report it immediately using the “Flag as Inappropriate” feature available below each video.

Reports may also be submitted through the contact methods provided on the website.

Sheshaft.com reviews reports and takes appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and its policies.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Sheshaft.com responds to valid legal process and cooperates with authorized law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law in connection with investigations concerning illegal content or activity on the platform.
